PROPOSALS

NO NO GALLERY's 2012 Call for Proposals is now open. Expressions of interest and non-standard projects are welcome at any time before 1 March by email to charlotte@nonogallery.org.

Exhibition proposals should include the following information:

• Your name and contact details, and a brief bio/CV

• A one or two sentence summary of your proposal – is it for a solo show of your work, a group show you wish to curate, or a request for your work to be included in a group show? Is it for a one-off or ongoing project or event, or something else entirely?

• A more detailed description of your proposal, up to one page in length

• Supporting images and/or links, to illustrate past work and to demonstrate what the proposed exhibition or project will look like

• Your preferred dates or timeframe

Proposals may be submitted by email to charlotte@nonogallery.org. All proposals will receive a response.

The cost of a three week exhibition at NO NO GALLERY is $800. (Shorter and longer exhibitions are charged pro rata.) The exhibition fee includes extensive promotion of your exhibition via the gallery's mailing list, media releases, social media etc. Printing of invitations and other materials can be arranged for a small fee. You will need to provide supervision of your exhibition during opening hours, and the gallery must be returned to its original condition at the completion of your exhibition. All materials for the repainting of walls etc will be provided by NO NO GALLERY. The cost of other projects (one-off events, performances, discussion forums, one-day exhibitions etc) is negotiable.
